Refund policy
At The Hair and Skin Company, each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipment. Due to the personal nature of hair and skin care, we maintain strict standards to protect the integrity of our products.
Returns are accepted only if your item arrives with a damaged bottle or a broken safety seal.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. In certain cases, a replacement may be offered.
